Per information received thus far from the relevant agencies, unvaccinated riders should continue to be able to pickup orders from within malls. For these riders we highly advise you to wear your Deliveroo rider kit to be able to quickly identify yourself as a rider and you may be required to show the order pickup information within the app when entering. Please note that this is the information we have been provided thus far and may be subject to change. Should there be any updates we will provide them as soon as possible.
