[Important Notice] Self-rescheduling of QTC appointments is now available

As of today, riders will be able to reschedule their own appointments via the Deliveroo-exclusive Self-Booking Link. Please note that this Deliveroo-exclusive Self-Booking Link is only applicable to riders who have been scheduled by Deliveroo as indicated in the HPB SMS received.

After you receive each QTC appointment slot via SMS from Deliveroo, you may login to the portal in the Self-Booking Link if you wish to change or reschedule your upcoming appointment. You may select any QTC, date, and time that is available.

Please be reminded that all vaccinated riders must continue to attend one test per week and all unvaccinated riders must continue to attend two tests per week, as per the RRT regime.

All tests can only be done at QTCs during your official appointment slots.
