Food safety guidelines for grocery orders When delivering groceries, please follow these Dos and Don’ts. This ensures that the items delivered from our grocery partners (such as Cold Storage and Giant) remain packed in adherence to Singapore Food Agency’s Food Safety Guidelines.
Most importantly, please do not re-pack or rearrange items across the bags you pick up from our grocery partners. Deliver them the same way you have received them. Approach the store or Live Support if you are unable to handle all the bags.
