[Reminder] Attend QTC test appointment slot this week

We thank each of you for taking the time to take your supervised ART during your allocated QTC appointments thus far. This is a gentle reminder for all to continue attending these tests every 7 days as per your SMS-assigned slots.

If you wish to amend an assigned slot, please use this Deliveroo-exclusive Self-Booking Link to select your preferred time and QTC, while continuing to make sure that you are attending one test every 7 days. Please note that this Deliveroo-exclusive Self-Booking Link is only applicable to riders who have been scheduled by Deliveroo as indicated in the HPB SMS received.
