Mandatory Theory Test for Riders of PABs / Electric Bicycle

From 1 January 2022, riders of PABs / Electric Bicycle must pass the mandatory online theory test to ride on cycling paths and roads in Singapore. If you haven't already done so, please follow the steps below:

1) Register for your test here: https://bit.ly/3pcciIt

2) Once you have completed and passed your online theory test, screenshot your certificate

3) Search for email titled "[REMINDER] Complete your theory test and submit the certificate for verification" and submit your screenshot of certification via the link provided in the email

4) Always keep a copy of your certification, in digital format or a hardcopy whenever you are out and about, as you may be subjected to show your certificate to public enforcement officers upon request
