All riders are invited to register with Sync via Singpass ASAP in order to allow your official vaccination records and COVID-19 test results to be shared with Deliveroo. This enables Deliveroo to receive and verify your COVID-19 test results from your Quick Testing Centre (QTC) appointments. You may ignore this message if you have previously completed this step.

Even if you have logged in to Sync previously to provide access to your records for other companies/platforms, you will need to log in again now and add “DELIVEROO” as a recipient to ensure your records are also provided to us. You may wish to open Sync in Chrome for the best experience. Open / Comment
