In regular crystals, the atoms are arranged in a fixed, three-dimensional grid structure, like the atomic lattice of a diamond or quartz crystal. These repeating lattices can differ in configuration, but they don't move around very much: they only repeat spatially.

In time crystals, the atoms behave a bit differently. They oscillate, spinning first in one direction, and then the other. These oscillations - referred to as 'ticking' - are locked to a regular and particular frequency. So, where the structure of regular crystals repeats in space, in time crystals it repeats in space and time.

What’s more, in 2005 researchers found that farmed Atlantic salmon were so contaminated with PCBs, toxaphene, dieldrin, dioxins and polybrominated diphenyl ethers that they posed a cancer and additional health risks to humans, even when consumed in moderate amounts

I only recommend eating safer seafood choices such as wild-caught Alaskan salmon, sardines, anchovies, mackerel and herring. All of these are at low risk of contamination yet are high in healthy omega-3 fats. You’ll want to opt for sustainably harvested wild-caught fish as well

Those who don't die of "natural causes" die from preventable diseases that could be avoided by the cessation of burning carbon-based parts of the Earth for energy. Another large swathe of deaths can be avoided by stopping the use of hundreds of thousands of toxic chemicals that end up in food, air, and water. Most of the rest can be avoided by strengthening the immune system using a holistic approach and raising well-adjusted children who avoid much of the needless trauma that leads to suicide and other decisions.

If the matrix control system actually cared about humans' well-being, they would make it their full focus to resolve all of these, yet that is the opposite of what they do, indicating they do not care about us.
