In either situation, it could be prudent to either not travel if you live in a country that imposes such restrictions or relocate (if you can) to a country that has no plans to do so. Countries deemed "least developed" are the best candidates for hunkering down until this all blows over, or until enough people stop acquiescing to giving away their power.
