Today, we shine the spotlight on homegrown gelato boutique in Singapore and Michelin plate establishment– Birds of Paradise! Founder Edwin Lim really liked the idea of making people happy through ice cream (I mean, give this guy a medal! ) so he created botanical gelato served with house-made thyme cone.
