TGIF and 3, 2, 1… blast off! Standing 18-metres tall and proud is the Rocket Tower, one of Upper Seletar Reservoir’s iconic landmarks #Funfact: it was built in 1969, which was the same year astronauts from NASA’s Apollo 11 space mission landed on the moon! This futuristic building is said to reflect the “space fever” back in the day.
One of the Rocket Tower’s main features is the long, winding spiral staircase leading to the very top of the tower, where you’ll be rewarded with a beautiful panoramic view of Upper Seletar’s waterfront
