Author of recipe book Chicken & Rice, Singaporean Shu Han moved to London 12 years ago. Along the way, she found herself missing the flavours she grew up with; fast forward to today, she is now the founder of Rempapa Spice Co – selling Spice Pastes. This National Day, she shares with us one of her favourite local dishes – Bak Chor mee, together with a recipe to recreate it from wherever you are in the world.
