The upcoming HFE letter will inform you of your eligibility for:
New and/or resale flat purchase
Housing grants
HDB housing loan
 
When implemented, this will replace the existing HDB Loan Eligibility (HLE) letter.

2021-03-05 05:42:43 #COS2021 Singles who wish to apply for a rental flat via the Joint Singles Scheme (JSS) will soon have an additional option under a new pilot option.

They can apply for a rental flat without having to find a flat mate first. An appointed social service agency will manage the flat-sharing arrangements. More details to come.

This interactive mural was part of Project Corridor, a community programme which collected and showcased the rich heritage of Bukit Panjang through artworks.
