The Western Cape Peoples Bill

ACT: To formally record the will of the people of the Western Cape to be identified as a people, who then, in accordance with customary international law, the injunctions of which are affirmed in the South African Constitution, shall be entitled to exercise their right to self-determination, and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
