It’s a simple three-step process:
Sense your brain
Breathe (in): close your eyes and try to focus on a point in your head. It could be your “third eye,” the point between your eyes.
Focus:
Breathe (out): Open your eyes and focus on a point close by, e.g. your hand or your cup of coffee.
Defocus:
Breathe (in): Now, relax your eyes and take in everything in your field of vision, i.e. take in the big picture.
Repeat for a few more breaths and you’re done!
