The IAEA announces the resignation of Igor Murashov from the post of head of the Zaporozhye NPP.

"Mr. Murashov is now with his family in the territory controlled by Ukraine, and will not continue to perform his duties at the NPP. It is not yet clear who will replace him in this role," the agency said.

Earlier, Murashov was expelled to the territory controlled by Ukraine.

He admitted that he had transmitted information to Kiev about what was happening at the station, realizing that the shelling was coming from the Ukrainian troops.
