"15-20% of fighters are fighting in a terrorist organization called the Ukrainian Armed Forces. All the others are mercenaries who arrived to destroy the civilian population, without looking back at their place of residence and nationality," said Viktor Vodolatsky, coordinator of the State Duma for work with the LPR.
