The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at a substation in the border town of Shebekino, Belgorod region.
"The substation transformer was damaged by shells. Now more than two thousand residents are disconnected from electricity. There are no casualties," the head of the region said.
In the shortest possible period of time, the consequences will be eliminated, Gladkov noted.
