The Ilyich Metallurgical Plant in Mariupol will be restored.

This, as reported by @Donbassr, was stated by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin. Together with the first deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Andrei Turchak, he visited the liberated city.

Pushilin added that a decision on the possible restoration of the Azovstal plant will be made later. Earlier, he stressed that it should be decided by local residents — Azovstal did not allow Mariupol to become a resort city.
