The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the forces of the DPR at 14.00 cease hostilities for the exit of civilians who may be on the "Azovstal" — the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

There are no obstacles to the exit of civilians from Azovstal, except for the fundamental decision of the Kiev authorities themselves.

The commanders of the national formations continue to hold civilians as a "human shield," the ministry added.
