The topic of my morning chat is surrender. And what I mean by surrender is handing over every aspect of our lives to a Higher Power, a Higher Love. In this way we become a true servant to the light. We do not surrender to any lower power meaning handing over our sovereignty to any one being or group. We surrender everything to God/Goddess All That Is. We surrender all our burdens, all our challenges, all our dreams/intentions, all our loved ones. We surrender everything to grace. We cannot control anything including the outcome of this transitional period in the ascension process. When we align with Source then we become a healing power in this 3D world. Spiritual hygiene is an essential daily practice. Every morning and every evening my partner and I sit down together and do a grounding, clearing and protecting exercise together. Because of the nature of our work and the times we are passing through this is essential for our general well being. It is important to approach spiritual hygiene in the same way you approach physical hygiene. Not out of fear but out of love and caring.
