Human beings are natural storytellers. In tribal cultures stories were used to impact wisdom strengthen a sense of tribal identity. Nowadays, stories tend to be of a different quality. We can hold stories such as life is not fair, I am helpless in the face of external powers, I have to be pleasing to get along, I have to rebel to exist, all men are…., all women are…, and so on. All stories have evidence to and lots of emotion to support and strengthen them. Such stories create reality. What we believe with force we will manifest. Yet, every story can be witnessed and rewritten. We can create a positive life story even from very challenging circumstances. A positive story such as, I am enough, I am worthy, I am loveable, I am on a heroic journey will also attracts circumstances into your reality.

As already mentioned your point of power is in this present moment. It is not in the past and does not await in some future potential moment. In this now moment you can journey in meditation along your timeline going back into the past to clear and heal. The inner child selves that mostly carry the wounding of the past can be embraced and reintegrated. There are meditations I have uploaded for this. You can also journey into your current future timeline and meet important choice points that await you. You can meet Future Selves that can guide you. Time is more illusionary than you may imagine. As the vibration of the planet increases time will be experienced as more circular/spiral in nature rather than linear.

The idea that we create our reality from the inside out really only started to take root in the 1960’s through revelations brought through the physical vehicle of a woman called Jane Roberts. The being she channeled called himself Seth. The core ideas transmitted by Seth could be summed up as, you create your reality (consciousness creates matter and form) and your point of power is the present moment (all healing and transformation happens when the consciousness is focused in the now.) If you have not come across Seth then I recommend his book The Nature of Personal Reality. Seth, along with many other high vibrational unseen friends are still very active on the inner planes and can be called upon for help and assistance.

In London, there's a woman who goes every day on the underground and sits on the platform just to listen to the announcement recorded by her husband in 1950.
Margaret McCollum after the death of her husband Oswald Laurence, sits on the bench waiting to hear this recording that became one of London's most famous "Mind the gap"

In 2003, Oswald died leaving a huge void in Margaret's heart. So Margaret found a way to feel his presence closest.
After more than half a century, this voice was replaced by an electronic recording. Out of distress Margaret asked for this cassette tape from London transport company so she could continue listening to her husband's voice at home.

After becoming aware of the moving history, the company decided to restore the announcement at the stop near where Margaret lives,at the Embankment stop of Northern Line, where all passengers can listen today and hear Oswald Laurence's voice Open / Comment
