It means it can work without buying license. So there is nothing new for existing license owners. Also it gives no possibilities to release fixes/updates since there was no source code leaks.

The first release of SX OS also was hacked, but people have find out that it has hack detection (anti RE code). Once hack detected by SX OS it become half brick. So if you really going to try it, you better have a NAND backup before doing it.

According to TX Support anti RE code was removed after the first release. Anyway we don't know which kind of hack protection exists in current version of SX OS (if there is).

Possible issues you may get: Firmware corruption, brick or Nintendo ban.

It is strongly recommend do not use hacked SX OS for now.

It is 106 days passed since FW 11.0.1 released and we still have no SX OS updates

Twitter TX accounts are fake!

You may hear that FW v11.4.0 is coming, in fact they were talking about SDK v11.4.0, not FW, so we don't know when FW going to be updated

SX website is down for a 13 hours. If you are thinking why, read our observations. While TX websites are recovering there is still a hope that we will get a SX OS update, and once it happens a news will be posted here

If you need to download a SX files while website down, search in this @SX_OS channel

You may know that @NX_Tools channel getting new projects faster than they announced on other websites/forums. It is possible because of the bot which constantly searching over Internet for a news. It was private but now you can join a special channel @NX_News where everything posted as is

Three months ago I started a new group for the Nintendo Switch theme sharing @NintendoSwitchThemes. I was excited by idea of automated chat where people could share a links safely.
Unfortunetly very few people contributed a links to support the group.

Thats why I decided to switch the group from file sharing to discussions mode and created a new automated channel @NX_Themes
Themes are automatically collected by @ChatBossNews engine from various websites and posted in nice, easy to review look.

2021-03-12 23:34:48 SX website was down again for a 10 minutes.

And this time, it has error message that we could see only few times within last 2 years, just before SX OS update released.

It is true sign that someone changed and did break some config on the server and fixed 10 minutes later. It is low chance that it was a random/hardware/hosting error. Open / Comment

They were down for 6 days, 6 hours and 46 minutes.
It is longest downtime period within last 365 days.
