What happens in the video: Officer demands to show driving license and guy replies " I showed you my passport, why do you need my passport" to which officer replies " you want to act like a smartass? $ and starts beating the guy from Uzbekistan. In my life in Russia I've seen acts of russian racism towards foreigners so many times that I got used to it.
