Dear parents and caregivers, we are happy to table our next public seminar to happen next Saturday on
6 November 2021 over Zoom. Join us as we explore how we can:
• Understand and empathise with the common psychological and emotional changes teenagers go through at this stage of their development,
• Equip ourselves with a set of phase-appropriate strategies to encourage healthy self-esteem and self-worth in our growing teens, and
• Adopt good communication habits with our teenage children such as to encourage more two-way conversations.
