Thank you all for your help and suggestions on the US Capitol Police use of force policies. HUGE help.

We're looking at the policies provided at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, found here:https://www.fletc.gov/use-force

This matters because, as explained in our article on the Ashli Babbitt case, the DOJ alleges they can't prove the US Capitol Police Officer acted "willfully." The training materials will likely prove otherwise.
