The reason is that you restricted access to your profile through forwarded messages, which also blocks the absolute links. Can be positive or negative. You can give any review about a contractor, but only negative about a customer.

Positive reviews increase karma for both sides. Negative reduce it for the perpetrator, and can increase it for the victim in case of large harm. It is up to moderator to choose karma values. Usually more karma is given to newcomers and for large projects.


Procedure of validating

Since we’re not mediating your deals, we need some proof. The whole procedure takes one week maximum, each side has only one attempt. So you have to proceed very concisely.


Positive review:

1) Screenshot of mobile (!!!) app with the transaction from both sides. Date, amount, comment and requisites shall be visible

2) Screenshot of mobile (!!!) app with the private chat from both sides. Preferably 2-3 shots with a reference to Telework

3) The result of work (if not in the review) from the customer, sources (if the result is physical) from the contractor. If the data is reliable the review is published. Otherwise the author of manipulation (or "both" sides) are punished by karma or a permanent ban.


Negative review:

Since the defendant can ignore or simply deny, moderator will have to make a decision on your word. Therefore, the proofs must be absolute.

There are two fundamental types of claims: fraud and quality of work

• Fraud

It is highly desirable to make a full video recording of the chat (+ user_id extraction through any bot), money transfer / work result. The respondent needs to prove otherwise - the absence of transfer / work

• Quality / order of work

All the same: the proof of the existence of agreements and of their violation by the victim


Obviously, it is very difficult to get proof post factum. Telegram allows good hiding, so it is desirable to prepare in advance. That goes for all online transactions. Open / Comment

The main difference between Telework and chats or freelance is that all the services are linked with Telegram. That doesn't mean you cannot advertise web dev or SMM design. You just have to clarify how it relates to the platform. For example, you create Telegram web-catalogs or design Telegram channels.


You may get banned for:

1) Providing / ordering services that are not related to Telegram or violating its rules

2) Sending links, phone numbers, hashtags, emoji, text with fonts

3) Misleading, interfering with other users


Basic principles:

1) Only contractor posts are permanent, customer posts are removed after a week. However, a contractor could post very rarely and a full quota use would lead to severe restrictions. The most humble contractors occasionally get the perks of karma

2) The limits come into effect after the third post within each role. If simplify,

• A customer can post up to 10 times per month, only 3 posts can be on the channel at the same time

• A contractor can post once per month, but less than four times per year. It is not allowed to repeat specialisations, thats why each post has unique hashtags. I recommend saving the quota and selecting all the specializations at once

3) The roles are absolutely independent, you can 'use' all of them. The limits are calculated for each role separately

4) Posts of inactive users are periodically cleaned, and their profiles are hidden from the bot search. Inactivity means not interacting with the bot for more than three months Open / Comment
