Outdated apps won’t be able to log in (and sign up) with SMS/calls, but they can log in with login code from Telegram Notifications to other device/app or QR code from Desktop/browser.

Outdated apps can still be used to chat with non-64bit users normally.

Outdated apps still receive messages from 64bit users as @UnsupportedUser64Bot, all of them are grouped together in one chat and can't be replied to.
