The payment rule is simple: you pay one USD per group per month and you can use any/all TgDev bots in this group for one month.
Free usage: you can use TgDev bots for free if number of members in the group is less than 1000.

Why I make my bots paid? A few reasons:
1) I need a motivation to continue working on my bots. The fact that my bots are used in a number (about 50000) of groups does not motivate me anymore.
2) I am really tired of a big number of amazingly stupid questions in tgdev support groups. At least I'll be getting paid for reading these bullshit.

Why paid bots will be good for you:
1) I'll pay more time into development new features and making old features better. Better bots means more users means more money.
2) Some users (most of them?) will migrate to free bots so TgDdev bots will start working faster since Februrary 1. Automatically. Even If I'll do nothing.
3) I'll implement a tool to let you vote for features that must be done/improved first.

Why paid bots will be no good for you:
1) You'll have to pay 1 USD for each chat (where number of members is 1000 or more). If that does not work for you then you have time till February 1 to migrate to other free bots.

New setting mute_hours allows you to mute new user for specified number of hours. By default it is zero i.e. new users are not muted.
For example, to mute new users for first 24 hours use command /daysandbox set mute_hours 24 Open / Comment

The only limitation is non-admin user can call "reload_admins" command only one time per 6 hours (in particular chat).
