The task for the round: to implement animations in Telegram for Android based on the provided layouts, optimize them to work on older devices, and create an editor that allows you to adjust their parameters.
Detailed descriptions of all the requirements, precise instructions and criteria by which entries will be judged are given on the contest website. You are advised to additionally follow the announcements on the @contest channel.
Who may participate: everyone can participate in this stage; however, participants in the first round may have a small advantage due to their familiarity with Telegram source code.
Stage date: March 19 — April 4 (until 23:59 Dubai time).
