Slacking off testing the resealed potbelly, so rather than completely waste me day i harvested me mushrooms.
1.114kg (about 70g of that was cut away wastage)
A mate gave me the ins and outs of the process which is as follows:
Add water and grow.
Rip/pull mushrooms off, never cut as the next lot through find it hard to grow from cut stalks that are in the way
Let it rest for 5 days to a week
Submerge the bag in the sink over night
Add bag back to box the next day
This process can sometimes be used 4 or 5 times for regrowth so for 29 bucks for 4 5 maybe even 6kg of oyster mushrooms you're already profiting after the first growth.
