Some have shown themselves to have no spine as they blow with the winds of opinion.
Some have spoken of their cowardice loudest with their silence.
Some sacrificed integrity for followers and 15 min of fame.
Some will bow their heads in shame and some know no shame.
I know you now by your actions. So does your kids. So does your wife. So does your friends. So does your country.
I know you by your disdain for independent thought. Your adherence to an political party, a narrative formed in the mind of someone other than your own. I know you by your baaaa….
Ah, but then, then there are my brothers and sisters filled with sacred rage. But for you, I would have buckled at times.
My warrior family. My Christian family. My misfit family. My patriot family. My think for themselves family.
My “I’ll die for what’s right” family!
