2021-07-01 04:43:07 TITUS 1:15....
Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure, but even thier mind and conscience is defiled.

.You don't see things the way they are ,you rather see things the way you are.

Believers are to conform to the image of the Son of God through the renewing of the mind. Transformation is therefore a result of conformity not prayers nor of knowledge!

It’s not about what you know but who you know! It’s one thing to know a lot of things about God and another thing to know God ! The latter is the key to transformation!

Romans 12:1-2

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

2021-06-30 22:38:55 God calls people who are NOT ELOQUENT.

Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. - Jeremiah 1:6

An eloquent person expresses himself readily, clearly and effectively. The prophet Jeremiah knew that he could not express himself very well and he said so. This is a common complex that people who are “called” have. When you listen to eloquent preachers who have been in ministry for years, you wonder if you will ever be able to speak like them. With such shining examples before you it is always easier to remain in your world of anonymity. Do not be worried if you are not a good speaker. God does call people who are not good speakers and turns them into preachers par excellence.

2021-06-29 13:54:27 Hebrews 1:9 KJVS
[9] Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

This is said of Jesus. Can this also be said of His brothers and sisters or those who follow Him? And.... Oh yes, God honors those who love righteousness and hate iniquity. Brothers and sisters, "GRACE IS RESPONSIBLE".

2021-06-29 13:54:26 DOES SIN AFFECT GOD?

Sin has very great consequences on us as individual believers. Yes, this is very true and even some consequences can be very terrible. But have we really considered the impact of sin on the heart of God? What happens to God when believers live in sin?

The issue and impact of sin in the lives of believers is mostly viewed from our stand point which I believe is a dim and poor view and fails to unveil or unmask it's weight in eternity- ie heaven's perspective. When a man in Christ walks closely with God and begins to live like Him, think like Him and feels like Him, sin will be viewed more differently from that man's perspective.

Sin will be unbearable to the heart of every spiritually sensitive person who closely walks with God in honor, fear and reverence. This is not because he fears going to hell or knows not that he's forgiven, washed and justified but that He has had an experience of God's holiness and knows how to discern right from wrong, relate to that which is common and that which is uncommon.

"If sin was the reason Jesus came to die, obviously righteousness is the reason Jesus wants us to live".

A man who knows who he is in Christ - ie his liberty, his forgiveness, righteous position, eternal forgiveness, sonship rights and yet conscious of His loyalty and accountability to master in conduct is a dangerous weapon in the hands of the mighty God. That man refuses to give grace a bad name even when he knows he has that liberty. He chooses the slavery of righteousness above liscensciousness and lasciviousness.

Sin shows great disrespect to God's word, the love of Christ and to the tender Holy Spirit, who seeks to remind us of what we should do to honor our heavenly Father. Sin insults God's holiness, it robs God of His glory, it makes grace look incompetent, it denies the life of divine ownership knowing that your body belongs to God and you cannot do as you please with it. Sin certainly grieves God's heart and every one who's genuinely intimate with God dreads that ordeal.

Ephesians 4:30 NLT
[30] And do not bring sorrow to God's Holy Spirit by the way you live. Remember, he has identified you as his own, guaranteeing that you will be saved on the day of redemption.

Amplified version puts it this way:

Ephesians 4:30 AMPC
[30] And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God [do not offend or vex or sadden Him], by Whom you were sealed (marked, branded as God's own, secured) for the day of redemption (of final deliverance through Christ from evil and the consequences of sin).

John has something serious to say about sin. You may not like it, but if John speaks you know it's not just inspired or scripture but one who leaned at the breast of Jesus hearing His master's heart beat. When he speaks, you take Him serious. He cries out to the church:

1 John 3:5-10 NLT
[5] And you know that Jesus came to take away our sins, and there is no sin in him. [6] Anyone who continues to live in him will not sin. But anyone who keeps on sinning does not know him or understand who he is. [7] Dear children, don't let anyone deceive you about this: When people do what is right, it shows that they are righteous, even as Christ is righteous. [8] But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil. [9] Those who have been born into God's family do not make a practice of sinning, because God's life is in them. So they can't keep on sinning, because they are children of God. [10] So now we can tell who are children of God and who are children of the devil. Anyone who does not live righteously and does not love other believers does not belong to God.

No one who genuinely knows Him experiencially will make light of sin, condone it or make it his practice. No, never. Sin weakens the strength and impact of our spiritual life and corrupts our testimony.

We must hate sin like Jesus hated it and love righteousness like He did.. Only then will be walk in genuine authentic power.

2021-06-28 20:20:11 The moment you start thinking God will work a miracle in a vacuum, these three things come under attack in your life;

- TIME; You pay no attention to time to a point that God cannot use you for anything because of procrastination. If you don't respect time and think everything can be done at anytime at all, you will lose everything in no time.

- VALUE SYSTEM; You think God is about to do something so great that you stop valuing small things and people around you. Being ungrateful makes people reluctant around you. Nobody would want to go the extra mile to help you because you have no value for the little done for you.

- DILIGENCE; Hardwork is getting things done. It goes beyond running around or being around. It is getting results at the right time. Before everyday runs off, make sure you achieved something. Even if it doesn't bring you money, it will bring you value. Don't depreciate with time. Appreciate!

If God will use you for anything great, He will employ these things in your life. Don't be a time-waster, don't be one who has no respect for seeds and don't be lazy.

2021-06-28 20:19:11 “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.”
Matthew 5:14 KJV

Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ said that we are the LIGHT of the 'WORLD', not the LIGHT of the CHURCH...

Dear Christian, if you are only shining in CHURCH then you are in error...

God's intention is that His Kingdom on earth would influencethe systems of this world.

Friend, Find the sector/ space of the world you are anointed for and shine there.

The FUSION of many lights in the church is the reason for the CONFUSION in the church. Everybody wants to shine on the pulpit. Give someone microphone to do opening prayer then they start preaching, all in a quest to shine.

Understand this: The bible didn't say you are the light of the church, it said you are the light of the world. Dare to shine more in the world than you shine in the church.

Shalom

2021-06-27 17:40:46 It is not enough in these days of such vast worldliness in the Church to say that we are fundamental or uncompromising in "doctrine." We must be ablaze with Holy Spirit-born anger. ("Be angry, and yet do not sin." Eph. 4:26)

We must feel the hurt of God over the devil's domination of this age. We must apologize to the Almighty that we have turned to our own way, and have been more loyal to a manmade theology than to the exceedingly sober words of our Master.

Like Paul, we must be able to say in His holy presence, This one thing I do..."

I bear a broken heart over the coldness in the Church (including my own!). True, the zealous man of God lives for one thing only: to please God. He is impervious to the opinions of others about his zeal. He cares not what it costs him to burn out for God. In sickness or in health, in poverty or in wealth, whether he is esteemed or despised, flattered or flattened, considered a fool or a philosopher, through evil report or good report, kisses or curses, he is set to do the will of God!

This man sees the Church today fouled with showmanship, bingo and bake sales, dances, tinsel and trivia, "holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power. (II Tim. 3:5)

He sees the ministers condoning divorce in high places. Maybe his minister is divorced and remarried himself.

Jesus today sees His Church unclean with disobedience by a watered-down gospel.

We do not obey His commandments to "love one another," or rejoice to act out Matthew 23:11 "But the greatest among you shall be your servant."

If there comes a man into the assembly with a gold ring, we do give him honor (James 2:2). If he has great wealth but little spirituality, he is still welcomed as a member of the board. We do not insist that our young preacher boys tarry (until they get a seminary diploma? No!) until they are endued with power from on high!

The Church began in the Spirit, now She is operating in the flesh. There is no pillar of fire over the sanctuary. There are no preachers who can hold the hell-bound spell-bound. I am not sure that it can be proved that Nero fiddled while Rome burned. It can be proved that the Church is fiddling while the world is burning! The one reason that we do not have revival today is that we are content to live without it.

O for a generation of believers who can honestly say,"Zeal for Thy house will consume Me."
