Hiroyuki Kuraoka, who claims to be the head of QAnon in Japan, has been arrested on suspicion of forcing his way into a venue offering free Covid jabs for kids.

He was taken into custody Wednesday after reportedly forcibly entering a clinic in Tokyo used as a vaccine site and shouting “vaccination is a crime.”

In Bologna, Italy, a "smart citizen's purse" has been introduced that rewards "righteous" citizens with points.

Citizens receive points/rewards for sorting waste, using public transportation, being careful with energy, not being fined by the municipality, and being active with the cultural card.

At first glance, these seem like good intentions. But it is only a matter of time before the rewards turn into sanctions (e.g. refusal to vaccinate or criticism of the government).
