This is one of the things I struggled with as a business owner before I overcame it. How I handled it is a story for another day. Nurturing your customers is a strategy as old as time. That’s why that lady that sells corn at your junction will see you passing and ask about your kids and how you’re doing. Nurturing your customers will keep them at the forefront of your mind and guess who they’ll remember first when they feel like eating corn? I know most of us know that we should nurture after they’ve bought from you but some of us don’t know that we’re not only supposed to nurture our already existing customers but we’re also supposed to nurture our potential customers. Customer nurturing involves building effective and long-term relationships with potential customers throughout their customer value journeys. You can nurture your customers and potential customers by, getting to know them, offering amazing customer service and support and check up on them once in a while and not just when you want to ask for their money. I know you may not know how @digitalbizguru started. Let me tell you a short story. I am a regular business owner just like you and that’s why I understand exactly how you feel. I was running a fashion and beauty store which I started in my 2nd year in the university. Because I wanted my business to thrive online, I started researching on digital marketing and I’ll read any and everything I could get my hands on concerning that field. After a while, free content wasn’t doing it for me again, even free classes sef because nothing they were saying was new again. I had to divert to paid content and that’s when I really started seeing progress. Over the years, I got so good in it that one day it came to me that I can teach this thing to other people. Other business owners like me would be struggling with this thing too and that’s how @digitalbizguru was born. When I say invest in your business, it’s because I’ve been there. Invest in your business and then do your own part and watch it grow. I know it’s not easy bringing out money for trainings as a small business owner, after all how much profit are you even making? I’ve been there and I totally understand how you feel. I used to save for months from my pocket money in school to even pay for one class. Sometimes by the time I come, price will double, I’ll have to go and save more. This investment is not just on courses. It could be on trainings too, it could be on new equipment you need for your business. It could be anything so far as it will move your business forward! Always set out a budget monthly for such things. You may not like them because they don’t make you money directly but over time, you’ll definitely thank you for making that decision. Sometimes the best investments take time for you to reap the rewards. These Metrics are used to determine if a business’s social media marketing strategy is effective. Basically, they’re tracked data related to your company’s presence on individual platforms like Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, or across all social platforms collectively. They help to give you an idea of if you’re actually on the right track to hit your goals or not. SWIPE to see these 3 metrics, they’re some of the easiest to track with or without a paid tool. You can even find them when you go to the insights tab. Note that these metrics are called vanity metrics not because they’re not important at all but because they don’t directly put money in your bank account.
