This time with a different statuary atop it and a different structure in the middle. This time dedicated to Napoleon instead of Victor Hugo.

They just recycle the same narratives over and over again.

And still nobody can explain how they switch these massive statues off the top so easily with the alleged technology they had at that point in history, among myriad other questions.
