Nigerians risk losing their jobs in Tesla, as the electric carmaker suspends hiring across its companies globally. The pause on job hire within Tesla was ordered by its Chief Executive Officer, Elon Musk.

The world’s richest man sent the directive to executives at the company, informing them of his intention to downsize the current workforce of Tesla. As at the end of 2021, the automaker and its subsidiaries had over 99,000 full time workers.

According to an email received by Tesla executives, Musk wants to cut 10% of the workforce. This means over 9,000 employees at the firm will lose their jobs before the year runs out, if the CEO goes ahead with the job cut.

Last time Tesla downsized ita workforce in 2017, engineers, managers and factory workers were among the hundreds of workers sacked.

The email was titled, “pause all hiring worldwide”, according to Reuters, and it reveals Musk expressing concerns about the United States economy, which he had, in the past, stated could fall into recession, just a year after exiting the negative impact of coronavirus on GDP.

Musk isn’t the only CEO worried about the US economy, as chief executive of JPMorgan Chase, Jamie Dimon, had also hinted of an economic hurricane, that could sweep away jobs in America.

The impending job loss in Tesla, follows Musk’s threat to top executives still operating work-from-home policy. He expressed his displeasure about remote work, stating that he has had enough of it

E.G telefun,whatsapp prank,bank alert prank.
THEY ALWAYS CHANGE THEIR USERNAMES.
THEY MOSTLY RUN A PRIVATE CHANNEL WHERE THEY CAN CHANGE THE INVITE LINK ANYTIME THEY WANT.
THEY CHANGE THEIR CHANNEL NAMES AND USERNAMES MULTIPLE TIMES.

9mobile was the only loser among the top four telecommunications companies in the industry’s data war, as over 100,000 subscribers left the network provider, despite 1.54% growth in the telco industry’s total subscriber base.

According to analysis of the market data for the month of April, obtained from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), it was gathered that a total of 107,617 subscribers stopped using 9mobile’s data service.

This depleted 9mobile’s total data users to 5.44 million, in the month under review, in contrast to the 5.55 million subscribers using the network’s data plan. Half of this figure is the combined gain of MTN Nigeria, Airtel and Glo for the month of April, which is over 2 million.

Around late 2017, I was testing an android app and after downloading it.It requested to be a system administrator.
Being knowledgeable of cybercrime tactics,I denied the app of that permission and immediately uninstall it.

If an App is granted the permission of becoming a SYSTEM ADMIN,
it has almost unlimited rights to run any process it wants on your device to the extent of logging you out of your device and mining your information.

A recent research by a global cyber-security and digital privacy company, Kaspersky, claims that there is a 147% surge in the number of Trojan-PSW (Password Stealing Ware) in Nigeria. Interestingly, this huge surge is the figure for just the first quarter of 2022. With this malware, attackers can steal users’ passwords and other sensitive information. According to the report, most of the attacks target small businesses. This makes these SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) vulnerable to attacks. Furthermore, Kaspersky believes that Remote Desktop Protocol attacks will surge by 89% in 2022.

In 2022 alone, it detected 2,654 attacks. This is a huge increase from 1,076 in 2021. It is often difficult for a small business to handle security when it has to take care of production economics, financial reports and marketing simultaneously. Thus, they often disregard IT security. Nevertheless, it is this loophole that cybercriminals exploit
