Because that's the point of that protection is to get the truth out to the public without fear of retaliation. And to penalize those that are abusing federal money.
WB: Not only are they abusing federal money, they're committing theft of tax payer funds. They're wasting tax payers money. At one point P.S.B. was granted unlimited overtime. How in the hell...you have these P.S.B. investigators making almost as much as they do in thier regular salary in overtime. And none of these cases are being completed on time? Somebody please explain to me what the hell is going on at P.S.B., when you try to get answers that won't give you anything. Because they know they can't give out the information. We have to do everything within our power to make sure this information doesn't get out to the public, the judge or the court monitors. It's criminal. They're literally stealing money from the tax payer and the employees on our dime. They don't care.
GR: That's the thing. If funds are being misappropriated that come from the government. For example the F.AT.E. team ya'll have over there. That's a co-joined task force with the F.B.I. So there's all these different programs and the thing is if they're abusing the money in that way. You know the old saying, where there's smoke there's fire. I wouldn't look past if it was really looked into straight up direct financial crimes or money laundering and that type of stuff. That's what often happens with corruption, it's not just the stuff on the surface.
WB: I believe it's there. These people they won't give you nothing. They are so concerned and afraid. Once you start to find something Gordon, if the office finds out it's this person or that person, they'll obviously go after you.
GR: First thing next week I'll be calling the news desks and M.C.S.O. looking for comment on this interview and that P.S.B. division.
WB: They're not going to say anything. They might say, ooh we're doing the best we can.
GR: They can say whatever the hell they want to. But at the end of the day the facts are the facts. They're abusing employees. And by doing that they're abusing the citizenry too.
WB: The public doesn't trust them. And then Gordon it's hilarious, because these fucking idiots. I've spoken to the Chief. What these people do is they blame the court monitor. These pieces of shit at P.S.B. - we can't do our jobs because of this stupid court order and the judge doesn't want to give us any lead way. And I'm sitting there Gordon going huh...why would the judge grant P.S.B. any kind of lead way when they have already shit on him and they cannot be trusted?
They are stupid Gordon, Fucking stupid. Why in the hell would they think the judge would give them any kind of lead way or leniency? They can't get into compliance with anything. Then they blame the court monitors, the court monitors don't investigate cases. All they do is review them.
GR: They're just going off the work that's being provided in the file. And if the work is being put together by someone that's shady, then it's just just a big stroke job. The whole thing.
WB: They would never admit they fucked up and never apologize.

WB: At this point we're literally hemorrhaging. We have zero. We can't get nobody.
GR: Well maybe this is a plea to the public to start shaking some trees with the politicians and the news stations.
WB: Once you publish this, once it comes out the first thing the Sheriff's office will do is these people that work at headquarters, these people are going to be moving. They usually just sit there in one position. They don't ever leave that office until something from the news starts leaking out. Then they do shit.
GR: They might have control of the Arizona media a little bit, but there will be many follow ups to this information.
WB: They are going to set their focus on trying to find out who the mole was, where the leak came from. They are wasting their time. But good luck to them.
