Is that singlehandedly Paul's decision or does he have to get...

WB: He claims it's the board of supervisors that decided this. That guy can't be trusted. Nothing that comes out of that guy's mouth, nobody trusts that guy. Not even his own wife trusts that guy. That guy's a fucking idiot.

GR: Well I keep telling him on social media that he should start doing pushups, because in prison he'll have to be in shape you know.

WB: He's got different costumes for something different. One day he's a clown. The next day he's wearing clown shoes. The next day he looks like a horses ass. The guy basically makes up everything as he goes. He wants to hold other people accountable, yet this guy is on record calling people a piece of shit, right? On record to the media in front of the whole world. He wants to hold everyone accountable for their actions. And this guy just wears whatever the hell he wants. None of these uniforms are approved. He's the Sheriff so he can do whatever the fuck he wants because he knows nothing can come back to him.

GR: He has this one outfit where he dresses like a cowboy gangster. That's when I like to call him Sheriff Conman. He thinks he's in the mafia, and he is. In Doug Ducey's mafia actually.

WB: Maybe he's got a fetish. Who knows, maybe his best friend George Soros helps him pick out these goofy ass uniforms, so he can approve more illegals. He's a goofball.

GR: Yeah, total goofball. So let's talk about a call to action or a solution. How would you like to see the public react to this interview? How would you like to see the political structure react? And what do you see as far as Jerry Sheridan or somebody similar coming in that knows how to reform the culture, do you see any immediate aid to address the staffing solution?

WB: I don't think there's any. I don't think there's any kind of resolution. In the near future I think the only way it could possibly get any better is if this guy does not rerun. Or if he runs again he gets beat. Because if he gets another term it's only going to get worse.

GR: Hasn't M.C.S.O. lost contracts with governments they were servicing?

WB: Yeah, we have lost contracts which has never happened in the history of the office. We've lost contracts to patrol out in these unincorporated communities.

GR: And that's because they didn't like the quality of the product?

WB: Correct. There was no enforcement of the law. The most recent was Litchfield Park. We had the contract there for the longest time. There was a lot of issues with that. One of the biggest ones was the City manager said they couldn't provide 24/7 coverage. So Litchfield Park said hey, if you guys can't provide 24/7 coverage here to protect the citizens of Litchfield Park then we're not going to renew the contract. That's ludicrous. It's ridiculous that the office was charging rate, yet these people are not in the city Gordon. They're out eating, sleeping in their car, in another city. And no enforcement of the law. There's no presence, absolutely no presence. They said, have a nice day and they contracted with Avondale. And in fact I think the contract with Avondale was way more money than what we were getting. More money because they could provide 24/7 coverage.

GR: If you can't staff the jails and staff yourself, how are you going to staff anyone else?

WB: You certainly can't staff the street. Same with Queen Creek. There's a lot of issues in Queen Creek. Same thing. Lot of similar issues. They were tired of it. You really think Queen Creek as a City wanted to fund their own police department? Absolutely not. That's a lot of money that they had to use. But they were tired of the Sheriff's office. I don't blame them.

GR: When there are whistleblowers or a whistleblower that can identify misuse of federal funds, there's a whistleblowing lawsuit called a Qui Tam. The Department of Justice is compelled to investigate under seal. That may be a solution, is to somehow if there's a way to file that.
