She’s the first actor named in the press release for covering up knowledge of the rule 2.11 violation and a class 6 Felony.

Here’s an excerpt:

February 19, 2021, Superior Court Judge Lisa Ann VandenBerg states “the Poisonous Tree Doctrine” is legal theory designed to provide a remedy in criminal matters to defendants for which due process has been violated to discourage the State from acting in a similar manner”. In Arizona, A.R.S. § 38-510(A)(1) is a criminal conflict of interest statute and states: “[a] person who intentionally or knowingly violates any provision of section 38-50318 through 38-505 is guilty of a class 6 felony”.

This criminal statute is tied to the rule 2.11 violation. No immunity.

Hopeful to have clearance from R&R Law Group, to publish the press release by week’s end.

The other father is asking for criminal charges against the same judge and prosecutor that framed me, as I detailed in the post above.

For now, until I get legal green light, what I can do is start listing the Maricopa County Judges and Commissioners that are accused by him of participating in the cover up itself.

So stick with me and we’ll dive in to all those Black Robe Mafia members.

As the father states in his press release document. “…multiple substantial non-speculative pecuniary (financial), proprietary (business), and personal (spouse and kids) relationships with material witness and REDACTED LAW FIRM in the Family Court’s case of REDACTED CASE.“

The long term reform solution to benefit ALL Arizona Citizens can take place by you winning the Governor’s office. Staying for two terms, then do this:

1. Before you appoint judges, have a protocol in place that digs deep into the judicial record of their rulings. Stop the revolving door of elitist favors and backscratching.

Put advisors together for this process that give feedback on the potential judges from an organic paradigm. Get feedback from citizens and lawyers who have been on the other side of the gavel.

This is such a valuable process to be a steward over and should get as much time and resources assigned to the it as needed. Huge power will be in your hands.

Doing this with care, will pay dividends of fairness for ALL Arizona families.

2. Put public pressure on the Supreme Court to reform PDJ and The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct. Not enough evidence of discipline meted out last 20 years. There is no fear of reprisal for corrupt acts as a lawyer or judge in Arizona.

If myself and another father are going to match the removal ratio over 16 years for judges, there’s a problem.

This issue isn’t conjecture Kari. You can find studies showing AZ is one of the more corrupt judiciaries in the country.

3. Put more public pressure on the AZ Supreme Court for a Constitutional Amendment to remove the power to discipline lawyers from the State Bar of Arizona. They are acting a 4th branch of government, in essence anyway. The whole arrangement has always been stinky.

Sure an AZ Constitutional scholar can weight in, but that seems a simple and pragmatic way to revamp that process in one move. The Supreme Court should rule on Attorney discipline themselves. Will carry more weight.

State Bar of Arizona has absolutely abused the power. It’s proven over decades and they should be stripped immediately of this important protection mechanism for We The People of Arizona.

My banned Twitter account still shows who blocked me. This demonstrates the problem in the Maricopa County judicial product.

All the Judges and Commissioners knew about the built in conflict and rule 2.11 violations on this other father.

Judicial miscreants helped cover it up, continuing to allow this other father to get judicially abused, just like in my case.

Similar situation, the frame job case was used by every judge and commissioner in my family law case to rule unfairly concerning child support and custody. That evidence is being published on ReformFamilyLaw.com.

That father is also claiming his entire divorce case is null and void. Interesting. I like that.

Looks like another citizen and victim of the crooked judge and prosecutor, has asked for criminal charges, and submitted paper to the AG’s office, calling out the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County - Felony 6 charges; tied to a rule 2.11 violation on certain parties fit. So there’s no immunity.

It’s a tight criminal case. He also filed with the FBI. I think Brnovich’s office has to recuse somehow. This could get real interesting…

By AZ community law standards as a sitting judge, she enjoys the tax payer funded contracts, in their private firm. She directly benefits financially from the success or failure of the prosecution contracts.

Pride was their downfall, as she actually used a criminal case from the private firm she owns with her Husband to rule AGAINST this other father, in the family law case. From what I understand he has already filed notice of claim against State of Arizona for $10 million.

This was the break I’ve been waiting on since it all started. Soon as I get clearance from R&R Law Group, I’m publishing his press release and do an in depth podcast all about it.

This other citizen also named other judges and commissioners who participated in the cover up and knowledge the judge and prosecutor were married, and with such built in conflicts. Same exact, exact thing I was calling into ABC15 Arizona, 12 News, FOX 10 Phoenix, azfamily 3TV CBS 5 in 2017 before the dream team framed me.
