Those of you that have stuck with me, appreciate you.

As I stated in the podcast yesterday, I will continue to keep all of this public until law enforcement can do their job and crimes that have been committed against me are looked at and appropriately dealt with.

Then I can file the restraining orders, then be able to put this phase behind me. Soon as that’s done, it will be my pleasure to move on so I can focus on other stories.

This post is to make public record that “TMAP” is in fact tied to “Free Kyle USA” and “The Milo Fund, LLC”.

The $4,000 payment from Hancock to Thuy was for apparel owned by Clip Artist Films. It seems probable Mr. Hancock may have been motivated to get his hands the Free Kyle USA merchandise on account, because he’s selling the exact brand on “TMAP”.

I estimate the retail value of the product to be around $10,000 - $12,000. Did Mr. Hancock already accept receipt of stolen property? Open / Comment

David, being greedy as he is, simply refused to follow the legal opinion because it would take too much time and costs would eat into the pie too much. He kept asking me to ignore the compliance and “leave it all on the field” for Kyle.

I refused. So he refused to send funding. Pretty basic.

As y’all can see, following perfectly compliant protocols I was able to obtain a high land % of 7.88. The vendor will testify at trial if we kept going on his opinion on what performance would have been.

The contract allowed me universal decision making to switch to different vendors on the fly. Besides David getting us blocked on Verizon, it’s pretty common to split test with multiple vendors as they penetrate differently.

I keep saying 4 corners of the agreement because I performed within it, Hancock simply refused to wire the budget to avoid compliance costs and did not perform. Open / Comment
