1611: King James Bible is published for the first time in Lond | This day in jew history

1611: King James Bible is published for the first time in London, England, by printer Robert Barker. For many jews (as well as Gentiles) the language of the King James Bible is the only version of the Pentateuch they know.
Quite the interesting side note from the jew notes I use for this project.
