Yesterday we saw price bounce off the channel’s top, however we’re now seeing price potentially break through yesterday’s high at 1848 and we may see price break out this channel and complete the long-term bullish flag pattern.

Price has made a huge reversal from the Daily-OB I’ve been pointing out over the past couple days. Price was possibly making its way outside the channel and completing the bullish flag pattern visible on higher TF’s however we can see quite a big drop right on the channel’s top. 1825 is a good area to go long to possibly catch the flag pattern.

Gold hits solid resistance on the 4H chart in the mid $1800s after breaking under a long term rising trend line. A downtrend has formed which suggests that gold may continue to fall as stocks hit new highs. If this most recent candle shows a long wick rejecting upside, there might be another bearish dip for this metal.
