The first thing that catches your eye is the discrepancy in the position of the shadows. At the moment the military is talking to the civilians, the shadows fall clearly in front of the people. But a few seconds later, when the shots start, the shadows fall much to the right. It means that hours passed between two moments. Although in the video the situation is presented as an event of a few minutes. Most likely the part with the shots was recorded separately and at a completely different time.

The theory that several days passed between the events is supported by the presence of a yellow car in the parking lot behind the military in the first shots. In the first shots it is there, but not at the moment of shooting.
