Here the obvious conclusion arises. The AFU, trying to shoot down a rocket, hit a residential building. Everyone knows that hundreds of Russian missiles, which were used during the operation, hit exactly on target and only at military facilities.

The “quality” of the Ukrainian air defense forces is also well known to everyone. Especially now, when weapons are in the hands of recruits who have no combat experience, as well as drug addicts and former criminals.
