The curse of Tutankhomon's tomb On November 6, 1922, archaeologists discovered the tomb of Tutankhomon. In the process of studying it, they found an inscription warning that death would come to anyone who would dare to disturb the peace of the pharaoh.
No one gave any importance to this inscription, but by 1930 there was only 1 member of that expedition alive. Nine relatives of archaeologists also died. Scientists speculated that the tomb contained poison,
but there is no scientific confirmation of this theory.
