Hey guys,

Very important thing happend on EURUSD today:
the price managed to violate a very strong horizontal structure resistance and set a new higher high higher close.

Following classic price action rules, the trend is now bullish.
It is confirmed by two consequent higher highs and one higher low.

Based on that I am bullish biased right now and expect a growth in a mid term.

For now I don't have any active trade there, I am waiting for a pullback to catch a market on discount. Open / Comment

Wedge pattern is a classic reversal pattern.

The price action contracts within its boundaries and trading legs become shorter and shorter.
Contracting and weakening legs signify the weakness and oversold state of the market.

The signal that we are looking for is a bullish breakout of wedge's resistance.
Most of the time it leads to a trend reversal & bullish continuation.

Please, note that the price can trade within a falling wedge for unlimited period of time. Though, the pattern is considered to be reversal, only breakout can confirm the trend violation.

Now the price is retesting a local structure low 1.526.
