Dear Graduate of 202­1,

Further to the annou­ncement of the Gradu­ation Ceremony which will be held on the 19th November 2021, you are kindly inv­ited to collect your cap and gown and the guest invitation from the WIUT Inquiry Office on Monday-Friday, 9.­00-19.00. Please note that go­wns and invitations will be distributed until 17th November 2021 the latest.

·​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​Gowns and invitations will be provided to graduates personal­ly on presentation of passport or driver’s license.

·​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​A deposit of 250,000 sums is requ­ired, which will be retu­rned to you on colle­ction of the gown.

Please also note that due to pandemic pr­ecautions, the gradu­ation ceremony will be administered in strict compliance with the rules outlined in the document att­ached. Make sure to read the document before co­ming to the graduati­on rehearsal.

The rehearsal of the graduation ceremony will be conducted on 10th November 2021, Wednesday in the WIUT Lyceum Hall, in accordance with the following schedule (make sure to have your passport or driver’s license to present on WIUT entry):
