Grant — ta’lim dasturi bilan bog‘liq barcha xarajatlarni o‘z ichiga oladi. O‘quv mashg‘ulotlari ikki bosqichda o'tkazilib, ular onlayn-kurs hamda Moskvadagi "Reakomp" Institutida kunduzgi ta’limdan iborat bo‘ladi. Dastur bitiruvchilari ko‘zi ojiz va zaif ko‘ruvchilarga yordam berish maqsadida O‘zbekistondagi teatrlarda ish bilan ta’minlanadilar.
