JOB TITLE: Grants, Finance and Admin Officer.
EXPERIENCE LENGTH: A minimum of 4 years experience as a Fianace and Admin manager in The NGO, Healthcare industry or strong experience in Grant management.
LOCATION: Lagos (70% remote)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Renewable Contract
SALARY: 400,000-500,000.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Management:
◦ Manage day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
◦ Prepare and process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
◦ Conduct regular financial reconciliations and assist in budget planning and monitoring.
◦ Generate financial reports and provide analysis for management review.
◦ Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Grants Management:
◦ Monitor grant expenditures and ensure compliance with grant guidelines and regulations.
◦ Maintain accurate grant records and track progress towards grant objectives.
◦ Collaborate with program managers to develop grant budgets and financial reports.
Administration:
◦ Provide general administrative support to the project.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◦ Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
◦ Proficiency in the use of financial software
◦ Experience working with donor funded projects is desirable.
