Tomorrow I will be at Westminster Magistrates for a Case Management hearing ahead of my trial on the 6th December (5 day trial) for ‘Holding and attending gatherings of more than 6 or 30’ in the summer of 2020.
I intend to call witnesses that I cannot currently name and shed light on the corruption within the system with a legal defence using Human Rights and Discrimination.
What we have done is NOT A CRIME, and I do not intend to be made a criminal for upholding our inalienable human rights to protest.
If any Lawyers would like to offer their assistance by way of advice I would welcome it, but I intend to represent myself as I do not intend to fundraise to put money back into the corrupt system for defence of non-crimes.
I’ll be posting more about prosecutions under the Public Health Regulations over the next month, and hopefully this precedence trial may help others in the U.K.
